On Saturday, 22 October, the young closed the 7th Kinotrip International Film Festival. In three eventful days, they watched six features and a programme of shorts, while the audience award went to Olga, which, with its daring turns, took them into an exceptionally topical intertwinement of politics and sports.

All screenings of the Slovenian film Riders are screened with English subtitles.

In the last week of March, we worked with various partners to bring colourful film content to a special day at the hospital school.

The Cult Film Conference is presented in collaboration with Northumbria University (Newcastle, UK) and chaired by Dr Russ Hunter, Senior Lecturer in Film and Television at Northumbria. Lectures are conducted in English. Free admission.

Kinodvor has joined 75 cinemas in 26 countries in the initiative of the Creative Europe and Europa Cinemas in celebrating the richness of the European film culture. On 6 December we are screening the French film Happening followed by a Q&A session on the work of this year’s Nobel laureate for literature Annie Ernaux.
