At Kinodvor, we believe in the formative power of film to broaden our horizons, and the Kinotrip programme was born from our desire to empower young cinema-goers to lead the way on this journey. Kinotrip provides a space for the next generation of film-lovers to take charge of our screens and create unique film festivals and events by the youth, for the youth. Our audience development strategy has paved the way for the Kinotrip International Film Festival, but Kinodvor offers a quality film programme for young audiences throughout the year.
Kinotrip is intended for young people aged 15+.
Kinotrip’s Activities
Kinotrip events provide a space for young people to watch Kinodvor’s regular programme and meet for discussions and Q & As with interesting guests.
In October, the Kinotrip International Film Festival takes over the city as the biggest event for the youth, organised by our young Kinotrip Film Club team.
In November, the Kinotrip Young Jury participates in the Ljubljana International Film Festival, where they select a winning film in their category.
